A New Space to Create
SM Co. has done things the non-conventional way from the very beginning, and we keep surprising ourselves!
We recently purchased a 1940's home in Point Pleasant, WV that we will begin converting into our new workshop. Our 750 square foot home will be opened up to the public by May 30th, 2018 for various interactive workshops.
While we will stay busy making skin care products, we will be offering educational classes on topics such as vermaculture, urban gardening, steam distillation, and soap making.
Our goal is to simply create, inspire, and educate. Silver Market Co. is continually improving its methods and practices, and we want to invite others to learn with us. Whether our workshops motivate hobbies, or new businesses, we aim to generate practical skills that can be passed down for generations to come.
Our culture is full of resourceful trades such as sewing, gardening and canning - all things that I once shared with my grandmother. In order to honor her, and our Appalachian roots, SM Co. will be sharing our new space to create with YOU.
While SM Co. products will not be available for purchase out of our workshop, we will provide an outdoor stand offering FREE soap ends and bloopers for those in need. Skin care is a small part of what we do, and we sincerely hope to help in any way that we can.
